Janet Sasaki CRPC®

Member of the Headwater Investment Team since July 2019.

As Advisor, Office Manager, and Lead Project Manager, Janet brings structure, follow-through, and thoughtful care to everything we do. She oversees firm operations, manages key initiatives, and supports client relationships with the steady attention to detail and responsiveness our clients value.

Janet earned her BA in General Science from Linfield University and spent more than 15 years in the Linfield University Office of Admission. There, she worked closely with prospective students and families while developing deep expertise in customer service, data accuracy, reporting systems, and process management. That experience continues to shape the way she approaches her work today: organized, relational, and grounded in service.

Community involvement is a meaningful part of Janet’s life. She is an active member of the McMinnville Sunrise Rotary Club and serves as a community advisor for MV Advancements. She is a graduate of Leadership Mac through the McMinnville Chamber of Commerce and the Ford Institute Leadership Program for Yamhill County. In recognition of her service, she was named Distinguished Junior Citizen of the Year by the McMinnville City Club.

Outside the office, you will often find Janet running through the streets of McMinnville while training for her next half marathon. She is an enthusiastic reader and podcast listener and is always happy to trade favorite recommendations.
