Jess Couser

Jess brings a diverse background in finance, client service, and marketing to her role as Advisor and Marketing Manager at Headwater. Her experience spans the wholesale mortgage industry, financial aid counseling, and business operations in higher education, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the many financial decisions individuals and families face throughout life. Jess focuses on making financial conversations approachable and practical, helping clients feel informed and at ease as they plan for the future. She combines her eye for detail with her passion for empowering others and enjoys building genuine relationships with our clients. Whether she’s educating young investors, partnering with clients well into their retirement years, or planning client events, Jess brings a thoughtful, client focused approach to everything she does.

Originally from Colorado, Jess has called Oregon home for more than 15 years. She is actively involved in the local community through the McMinnville Chamber’s Leadership MAC program and also shares her love of Willamette Valley wines while working part time at a local winery. Outside the office, you’ll often find her on a beach whenever possible, distance running, honing her culinary skills, or enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their energetic senior labradoodle.
