As Advisor and Marketing Manager, Jess blends strategic thinking with a relational approach, supporting clients through meaningful financial decisions while shaping how Headwater communicates and connects with the community.

Jess brings a diverse background in finance, client service, and higher education. Her experience in the wholesale mortgage industry, financial aid counseling, and business operations gives her a broad perspective on the financial milestones individuals and families navigate throughout life. She is passionate about making financial conversations approachable and practical, helping clients feel confident and at ease as they plan for the future. Whether guiding young investors, supporting families nearing retirement, or planning client events, Jess brings clarity, organization, and genuine care to every interaction.

Originally from Colorado, Jess has called Oregon home for 18 years. She is actively involved in the McMinnville community through the Chamber’s Leadership MAC program and enjoys sharing her appreciation for Willamette Valley wines while working part-time at a local winery and at wine events.

Outside the office, you will often find Jess training for distance races, experimenting in the kitchen, traveling (especially to warm locales with beaches), or enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their energetic senior labradoodle.
