Rachelle Silis

Rachelle is a recent 2025 graduate of Linfield University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics. During her time at Linfield, she was also a dedicated athlete, competing as a sprinter on the Track and Field team. Rachelle has a strong analytical mindset and a passion for numbers. She enjoys solving complex financial problems and identifying strategic investment opportunities. At Headwater, as a Portfolio Trading Analyst, she is responsible for supporting trade execution and ensuring efficient portfolio implementation. She analyzes trading costs, monitors performance, and aligns trades with strategic goals through close coordination with our portfolio manager. She also builds tools for trade analytics and helps optimize execution through data-driven insights.

 

When not looking at spreadsheets, Rachelle enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the world. Despite her collegiate track years being over, you will still find her on the track or running along scenic trails. When the weather is not ideal for running, she hits the mountain slopes for snowboarding adventures. She also enjoys going on hikes, traveling the world, and exploring new angles of the horizon. Whether she's sprinting on the track or carving through fresh snow, she finds joy in staying active and seeking out new adventures.
